Erica has recently returned to the peninsula and home of her youth. After completing her B.A.A. at Ryerson University in Toronto, Erica worked as a graphic designer for several national fashion and retail companies before making the switch to consumer food products. With her education rooted in fashion communication, she brings a strong sense of colour and style to her designs.
